I worked with Bart and his team to find a new important member for my team. I remember the collaboration to be very constructive: open and frank, informal and respectful of each other’s expertise. Later, a second recruitment assignment was set up where Bart’s team worked hard to find a match, especially in the current market, which is a tough job. Communicating quickly and being honest about chances and expected results then is of high importance.
